With over 35 years of experience in the field of Learning and Development (L&D), Linda Hon is a widely recognized expert in Management and Human Resources. She started off in academia (first in Canada, later in Hong Kong) and lectured on management subjects to both full and part-time undergraduates; solidifying her understanding in the theories and concepts of management.

During a long and successful career, based mainly in Asia and Australasia, Linda has brought her development and training expertise to a wide range of industries, including hospitality, computer, technology, pharmaceutical media and finance (investment banking, private banking and insurance). Her previous employers include global corporations such as Prudential, HSBC and Honeywell and while she has advised numerous CEOs, she has shared her expertise with professionals at all levels, from Managing Directors to management trainees, sales, operations, functional and administrative staff.

Linda’s personal research topic is how the human brain works, particularly during learning; in understanding the brain better we all stand a better chance to learn, unlearn and relearn.
