MELBOURNE, VICTORIA, AUS – APG’s Karolina Muchova made her Grand Slam Semifinals debut at this year’s Australian Open after defeating top-ranked players such as Karolina Pliskova, Elise Mertens and Aussie world No. 1 Ashleigh Barty. The rising young Czech eventually lost to American Jennifer Brady after putting up a fight in the 6-4, 3-6, 4-6 match.
