Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using the latestCAD／CAMsoftware，these CNC machine-made step kits are made from topqualityaircraft grade aluminium. Complete with carbon heelguard onleftand right hanger.
Race shift possible by reversing the gear change arm. Noothermodification necessary other than adjustment of the linkrod.
Peg position is 25／40mm. up and 15／30mm. back＊.
Brake light is operated by standard pressure switch.
Provision for the side stand is provided.
Fitting the TYGA Step Kit for the KTM RC390 requires thattheswingarm axle be removed from the machine，which can renderthevehicle unstable. Having an assistant can be very usefulduringremoval and fitting of the axle.
Fitting Instructions ：
＊ Peg position can be adjusted to four positions by 2x M8boltsattaching the hanger plate to the main plate. After apositionchange，adjustment of the gear change arm and link rodlength willbe necessary. For your safety. please ensure allfasteners aretight before use，and we recommend the use of threadlocking agent(such as Loctite 242) on the 2x M8 bolts.
Note，this RC390 kit will probably fit the RC125 and RC200frame.However，right now，we don’t have information on any issueswith thegear link road or any differences between the RC modelswhich mightaffect the fitment of this kit to the other models.
